Join English Club Laos and become part of a welcoming community dedicated to improving English education in Luang Prabang. Our volunteer teaching program offers a unique opportunity to support local students while experiencing the rich culture, traditions and everyday life of Laos.

No teaching qualifications or previous teaching experience are required. We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds who have a good level of English, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others learn.

Our program is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while meeting like-minded people from around the world.
You will receive a friendly orientation, ongoing support from our local team, and the opportunity to assist experienced teachers in engaging English classes. Many solo volunteers quickly become part of our welcoming community and build lasting friendships during their stay.
University Student Groups

We welcome universities and educational institutions seeking meaningful international service-learning opportunities.
Student groups can assist with English lessons, organise educational activities, lead conversation practice and participate in community projects while gaining valuable international experience.

Walk-in volunteers
We welcome volunteers who visit English Club Laos in person and are interested in supporting our educational programs. Come to our school and speak with our staff — we will be happy to explain our volunteer opportunities, programs, schedule and requirements.
